That's a lot of guitars (plus banjo)

These are just some of the guitar instruments which will be used for the Beatles series and concert.

L-R; front row: Ventura Banjo, 1977 Gretsch Country Gentleman, 1940's Gibson lap steel;
2nd row: early 1970's Aria ES-335, 1961 Gretsch Viking, 1988 Gibson ES-175D (with flatwound strings), Epiphone Les Paul;
3rd row: Fender Squier Tele (tuned down to Baritone register, gauges .12 to .56), 1989 Fender Strat Plus, 1990's Fender Telecaster, newer Gibson Hummingbird, Charvel 625c (tuned to Nashville tuning, sometimes called hi-strung tuning)

Many of the vintage instruments were loaned from Garnett Carter of Greentown, IN, and were restored and set up by Gary Rhum of Kokomo, IN. The Gibson lap steel is on loan from Eric Foust of Kokomo, IN.
